Backed by neuroscientists, VIBE is proven to reduce anxiety and increase positivity. One unique feature of VIBE is its ability to connect with Apple Watch and use heart rate data to enhance the user's experience.
VIBE also integrates with Apple's HealthKit, allowing users to save and store their VIBE sessions as Mind & Body workouts. Users can view details such as minutes listened and changes in heart rate on the Apple Health app dashboard.
The app offers different modes to match users' wellness goals: CALM for relaxation and stress reduction, FOCUS for increased productivity, SLEEP for deep sleep preparation, and ENERGIZE for boosting energy levels.
